SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnology. What is described is a monoclonal antibody used in immunoenzymometric analysis to identify Ebola virus. A monoclonal antibody specific to Ebola virus and produced by hybridoma 1B1, a strain of which is deposited in a special collection of cell cultures of the CKP "Collection of vertebrate cell cultures" FBGUN Institute of Cytology RAS under No. RKKK (P) 788D, obtained by mouse immunization with recombinant fusion protein of rBs with amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1, binding to recombinant eGP protein Ebola virus with equilibrium dissociation constant (KD) 4.4 × 10-8 M, used in immunoenzymometric analysis for Ebola virus identification.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a monoclonal antibody with high specificity to recombinant eGP protein Ebola virus.
