FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynecology, and aims at diagnosing intraepithelial neoplasia. That is ensured by scraping from endocervical mucosa, creating and analysing the preparation using light microscopy. If observing in a preparation in flat epithelial cells the changes characteristic of dysplasia, clusters of 11–50 epithelial cells with signs of glandular differentiation and papillary structures from proliferating immature epithelial cells are diagnosed cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN).
EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy and reliability of diagnosis before surgical management, as well as the possibility of non-invasive verification CIN in hard- and inaccessible areas of uterine cervix.
