METHOD FOR PREDICTING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CONDUCTED TREATMENT OF I-II DEGREE CERVICAL INTRAEPITHELIAL NEOPLASIAS Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2773799 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular, to gynecology, and is intended for treating papilloma virus induced (HPV) I-II degree cervical intraepithelial neoplasias (CIN) in patients of reproductive age. The patients are examined, three indicators are identified: age of the patient, the viral load of HPV Ig per 10*5 copies before treatment, Category_tBS_code, and the effectiveness of the treatment (y) is evaluated by the formula. With a value of y = -1 to 0 points, the absence of effect from the conducted treatment is predicted, and with values of y = 1 point and above, a favourable outcome of the conducted treatment is predicted.

EFFECT: method allows for an increase in the effectiveness of treatment due to the possibility of predicting the development of progression of cervical intraepithelial neoplasias, personalisation of the treatment of patients in different age groups, and also minimises the risk of development of cervical cancer.
