SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to drilling of oil and gas wells, in particular, to the field of automatic control of drilling process. Method for controlling vibrations of a downhole tool and equipment includes obtaining and generating a recorded signal on occurrence of vibrations from a downhole tool and equipment, is carried out using a hydromechanical vibration sensor, which, according to amplitude and frequency of vibrations acting on it, distributes flushing liquid flow from drill string into cavity of hydromechanical sensor, converts the detected signal by calling a flow-rate-proportional change of the washing liquid flow through the downhole motor commensurate with the distribution of the number of its revolutions recorded by the speed counter. Device for implementation of method for control of vibrations of downhole tool and equipment, containing downhole tool installed in well in drilling well, downhole motor, downhole sensors associated with the wellhead equipment of the drilling rig, having a recording device in series connected by communication channels, an analogue-to-digital converter, a control module with a feedback controller, to which a drill string drive system is connected to control its speed and a drilling pump to control its supply of flushing liquid to the drill string. Device additionally comprises a downhole motor rpm counter, a downhole flow meter and a hydromechanical vibration sensor, comprising a hollow cylindrical housing with a lower conical part, a cylindrical barrel connected to the housing, a cavity between them and a drain gap, communicating with the housing cavity through a hollow cylindrical shaft, installed in the housing with the possibility of limited axial movement and alignment of holes (16, 29) and (17, 30), respectively made in the housing and in the shaft for the flow of flushing fluid through the cavity. At the same time in the barrel cavity on top of the threaded connection there is an adjustment bushing with end ledge retaining the barrel in the housing.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of generation, generation and transmission of signal on occurrence of vibrations of downhole tools and equipment.
