FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly dentistry, and is intended for use in dental implantology. Guiding device for planning and drilling of holes for dental implants comprises a support part, a plate fixed on the support part so that the latter can move along it and disconnect from it and the rod. Rod comprises upper end, which is movably connected to support part, which creates relative mobility between them, and lower end introduced into bone tissue of patient's oral cavity. Plate comprises horizontal movement mechanism formed by rail, on which unit can be moved formed by support part and rod, which enables to vary distance between rod and guide body, as well as facilitate introduction of drill. Plate comprises at least one end bent at an angle, and guide body located on bent end so that drill is introduced into bone tissue at appropriate angle and at corresponding depth.
EFFECT: invention enables to drill in the jaw bone under the dental implant at a constant drill inclination angle during drilling and to control the drilling depth.
