FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for pneumatic spraying of protective mastic with heating, can be used for application of conservation coating on surface of agricultural machines in field conditions. Device for heating of mastic during conservation of agricultural machines comprises pressure tank, equipped with outlet branch pipe, tray with solid heat-removing material and tubular electric heaters. Device also comprises separator arranged in the tank, which separates in the tank cavity heating chamber and consisting of support ring and outer ring with heat conducting grid. Tubular electric heaters of cartridge type are arranged in sleeves installed in tray and fixed with brackets to tank bottom. Support ring of the separator is made with holes and installed on posts with possibility of movement relative to tank bottom for smooth change of volume of heating chamber. On external ring there are holes coinciding at turn with holes on support ring. Outlet branch pipe is installed horizontally inside the heating chamber. Edge of inlet opening of outlet branch pipe is located near tank bottom.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation, reduced power consumption and heating time of the mastic, improved manufacturability of technical service during replacement and re-adjustment of electric heaters.
