FIELD: equipment for spraying viscous conservation lubricants.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for applying conservation coatings on the surface of the working bodies of agricultural machines located in open areas of field camps and in hangars. Mounted conservation unit contains a receiver, a platform, a mounted frame, a compressor, a low-voltage generator, a pulley on the motor shaft for belt transmission, a cardan shaft for connection with the tractor's power take-off shaft, a pressure tank for viscous lubricant with a bottom and a lid, equipped with a dividing grid, a sleeve with a heating element and a grease outlet, a hose with an electric coil for supplying grease to the spray gun, power supply circuits for the heating element and the electric coil. The pulley hub on the motor shaft is made with a shank for connecting the cardan shaft. In the pressure tank, between the separating grid and the sleeve, a chute is installed of the shape as shown in figure 5. A concave tray is installed below the bottom of the tank. A heat-reflecting film with a mirror surface is fixed on the inner surfaces of the tank cover and the concave pan. An electric heating wire with a fluorine-containing sheath is wound on the grease outlet pipe and connected to the power supply circuit of the heating element. The power supply circuits for the heating element and the electric coil are connected to a modular three-position switch for isolated connection to either a low-voltage generator or a portable step-down transformer.

EFFECT: operability of mounted conservation unit in open areas and in hangars, improvement of its maintenance conditions, increase in conservation productivity of agricultural machinery, reduction of fuel consumption and heat loss during heating of viscous lubricant.
