The stationary ring is mounted on a removable bracket against the side wall of the tank with the ability of contact with the movable ring, having a gap with the side wall of the tank. The solid thermal control material comprises rods of metal with high thermal conductivity.

EFFECT: reduction of duration of heating and energy costs for heating lubrication, increase in the productivity of work of its application.
