Injection preparation rocuronium in liquid form contains rocuronium and a buffer solution and has pH 3.5 or less, where the buffer solution is contained in concentration from 0.015 to 0.5 M and represents a buffer solution based on glycine and hydrochloric acid. Also disclosed is a method of increasing or improving the stability of an injectable rocuronium preparation and a method of preventing or reducing pain accompanying injection and vascular irritation caused by an injectable rocuronium preparation.
