SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a rocuronium preparation. Injection preparation rocuronium in liquid form contains rocuronium and a buffer solution and having pH 3.5 or less, where concentration of the buffer solution ranges from 0.015 to 0.8 M. Also disclosed is a method of increasing or improving the stability of an injectable preparation of rocuronium and a method for preventing or reducing pain in injection and vascular irritation caused by an injectable rocuronium preparation.
