SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a rocuronium preparation. Rocuronium preparation for reducing and/or relieving vascular pain caused by the use of rocuronium contains rocuronium and a buffer solution and has a titratable acidity of 80 mEq or less and a pH from 2.5 to 4.5, provided that titratable acidity means the amount of sodium hydroxide in mEq consumed during the titration of 1 l of solution to a pH of 7.4. Method of producing a rocuronium preparation is also disclosed, which includes a step of adjusting the titratable acidity of the rocuronium preparation, and a method of reducing and/or relieving vascular pain caused by rocuronium, including adjusting the titratable acidity of the rocuronium preparation.
