FIELD: printing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: in traditional FDM 3D printing method, instead of the existing printing head, the high-speed printing head device for 3D printer is introduced, with the possibility of colour 3D printing, in its design there is a reservoir, into which polymer for 3D printing is supplied, divided into three non-interconnected cavities, in each cavity constant support of the specified temperature of the printed material supplied to it in operating condition - capable for 3D printing due to heating elements, and in the lower part of the reservoir there is a mixing and receiving chamber of a uniform colour or shade of the molten printed material supplied under pressure through the outlet from each container with a mixer located inside the cavity for mixing, as well as at outlet of mixing cavity there is a nozzle of printing head with replaceable multi-dial inserts for application of different volume of printed material and increase in printing speed, at that, molten printed material coming out of nozzle is forcedly cooled by compressed air flow.

EFFECT: device of high-speed printing head for 3D-printer, with possibility of color 3D printing is designed to ensure fast application of large volumes of printed material at 3D printing of high quality 3D model, with wide gamut of color palette.
