FIELD: 3D objects manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: claimed technical solution relates to the field of manufacturing 3D objects by the method for additive technology. It can be used in medicine, construction, aviation and engineering industries, etc., where anti-adhesive coatings are required on materials that do not adhere to antifriction materials such as teflon, polyethylene, etc. The substance of the claimed technical solution is a method for creating a 3D object from materials having low adhesive strength to each other, which consists in the fact that first the base polymer material is heated to the required temperature by means of a heating element in the first print head, the first layer of the molten base polymer material is applied from the first print head on the platform; the adhesive material is heated to the required temperature by means of a heating element in the second print head, a second layer of adhesive material is applied from the second print head, then the applied adhesive material is exposed to microwave radiation; then the cycle of applying a layer of molten base polymer material from the first printing head and adhesive material from the second printing head is repeated, followed by exposure to microwave radiation, while the processes of applying layers are repeated until the required thickness of the coating layers is achieved. The device for implementing the method consists of a first print head for applying a base polymer material, equipped with a heating element, a second print head for applying an adhesive material, equipped with a heating element, while the first print head and the second print head are mounted on a bracket, while in the first print head the channel is made in the form of a thread with the possibility of loading the base polymeric material, while the said channel is equipped with rollers for forced supply of the base polymeric material, wherein the second printhead is equipped with a reservoir with the ability to flow out adhesive material under the action of gravity, while nozzles are made in the first and second printheads with the ability to supply the base polymer material and the adhesive material, respectively.
EFFECT: invention improves method for additive technology for 3D objects manufacturing.
