SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to 1-amidino-3-aryl-2-pyrazoline derivatives of general formula I, in which the cyclic group AR and substituted R1-R10 and X have definitions given in the claim. Present invention also relates to the use of said compounds as a medicinal agent and to use in treating fibrosis, cardiovascular diseases, pain, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and other inflammatory diseases, as well as to pharmaceutical compositions containing one or more of said compounds, and to methods of treatment.

EFFECT: said compounds exhibit serotonin 5-HT2B receptor antagonist activity.
