FIELD: radio equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in various transceiving radio equipment operating up to UHF range. Self-contained generator comprises two harmonics controlled by the voltage of the self-excited generator, which are arranged in the same circuit on two bipolar transistors connected as per the common base circuit. To isolate microwave circuits as to power supply in each of self-contained generators there used are in-series connected four pairs of decoupling inductors and interlocking capacitors. Every said self-contained generator comprises three circuits: emitter, base and collector circuits. Thus, when selecting values of frequency-setting elements of two self-oscillator harmonics depending on the selected method of mutual synchronization in the proposed device, simultaneous increase of power levels of the separated k-th and n-th harmonics in relation to output power of their fundamental frequency oscillations is achieved.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of power levels of separated k-th and n-th harmonics of tunable generators relative to output power of their fundamental frequency oscillations.
