SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of processing stereophonic signals. Part with background is extracted from multichannel signal. Spatial effect signal is generated based on the part with the background of the multichannel signal. Processed version of multichannel signal is generated. Processed version of multichannel signal is combined with signal with spatial effect to obtain signal for at least three front loudspeakers. Multichannel signal is a stereophonic signal. Processed version of multichannel signal contains at least one more channel in contrast to multichannel signal. Step of forming a processed version of the multichannel signal comprises a step of forming a signal of separate stereophonic audio scenes as a processed version of the multichannel signal from the stereophonic signal.

EFFECT: technical result is enabling reproduction of audio in cars to achieve separate three-dimensional sound by means of front loudspeakers.
