FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry of organophosphorus compounds and protection of metals from corrosion and can be used to protect metals from carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulphide or mixed corrosion. Claimed α-aminophosphonate of general formula

where R1=i-C9H19-C6H4-(OCH2CH2)n, (n=4, 6, 8, 9,10; 12, 14, 15); R2=-H, -CH3, -CH2-CH3; -CH(-CH3)2; R3, R4=H, -CH2-CH3, -CH2-CH2-OH, Ph, -CH2-CH2-O-CH2-CH2-, morphil, -(CH2)m-CH3 (m=2-16), -(CH2-CH2-NH)p-H (p=1-6), having anticorrosion activity with respect to carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulphide corrosion. Method of its production is carried out in three stages: 1) reaction of oxyethylated alkylphenol or a mixture of oxyethylated alkylphenols with 5–10 % excess of phosphorus trichloride with subsequent distillation of unreacted phosphorus trichloride; 2) reacting the obtained product with not less than 5 % excess alcohol for at least 10 min with subsequent distillation of the formed hydrogen chloride, chloroalkane and excess alcohol; 3) reaction of the obtained product with formaldehyde and amines of different structure in molar ratio of 1:1:1 while stirring for at least 60 minutes and temperature of not less than 60 °C.

EFFECT: obtaining new α-aminophosphonates having high anticorrosion effect up to 99 % at low concentrations.
