Milk mixture contains at least one breast milk oligosaccharide, selected from 2'-fucosyllactose (2'-FL) and lacto-N-neotetraose (LNnT), polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA): docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and arachidonic acid (AA), wherein AA and DHA are present in a ratio of n-6/n-3 of 1 to 1.8, at least 30 mg/l of nucleotides, wherein nucleotides include inosine monophosphate, as well as at least 30 mcg/l of lutein.

EFFECT: invention also relates to a method of improving and to a composition, which are intended to improve cognitive ability in an infant by introducing the above milk mixture into an infant.
