SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to composition of human breast milk fortifier and its use. Human breast milk fortifier composition contains the following: copper, selenium, zinc, alpha-lactalbumin, casein, lactoferrin, alpha-tocopherol, gamma-tocopherol, nicotinic acid, retinol, DFSLTHN, FSLTNH3, GSLT6, LnNT, LNT, 6'-SL and SLTNTC. Also a package containing the said composition is disclosed and the use of the said composition to optimize growth and development or to maintain healthy growth in preterm, extremely low birth weight (ELBW) and/or very low birth weight (VLBW) infants, as well as to prevent and/or treat a condition selected from the following group: growth and/or developmental failure, growth retardation, infection, lung disease, developmental delays, blindness, and/or metabolic bone disease.
EFFECT: invention provides an optimized composition of a breast milk fortifier for premature babies.
