FIELD: breast milk fortifier.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a composition of a fortifier for human breast milk of mothers of premature infants. The breast milk fortifier composition contains at least one ingredient selected from 2'-fucosyllactose (2'-FL) and lacto-N-fucosylpentaose-I (LNFP-I), or a mixture thereof and additionally 6'-galactosyllactose (GSLT6), lacto-N-neotetraose (LnNT), lacto-N-tetraose (LNT), 6'-sialyllactose (6'SL) or sodium salt 6'-sialyllactose and sialyllactose-N-tetraose-c (SLTNTC), and/or alpha-lactalbumin, casein and lactoferrin. The fortifier composition is intended for infants as an additive to the breast milk of mothers of premature infants at the moment when the baby leaves the hospital, i.e. upon discharge and thereafter.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the survival rate and improve the health status of premature infants, which are premature infants, those born prematurely, infants with very low birth weight or extremely low birth weight, by improving their growth and development at the time of discharge from the hospital.
