FIELD: medicine; pancreatobiliary surgery.
SUBSTANCE: percutaneous access to the pancreatic duct is performed. A laser light guide and an endoscope are inserted through this percutaneous access, and lithotripsy is performed. Calculi are removed in an anterograde way under the current of fluid into the duodenum.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of removing stones with a diameter of more than 5 mm; ensures minimal invasiveness of the epithelium of the pancreatic ducts, reduction of the probability of postoperative complications, in particular acute pancreatitis, provision of the possibility of removing calculi of the pancreatic duct located in any department, constant double visual (endoscopic and radiological) control of instruments during the operation, which reduces the risk of postoperative complications.
