Transmitting device comprises: a transmission signal generating circuit which generates a transmission signal using a frame format comprising an inherited short test field (STF), an inheritable channel analysis field (CEF), an inheritable header field, an extended directional multi-gigabit (EDMG) header field, an EDMG-STF, an EDMG-CEF and a data field, and a transmission scheme, wherein the inheritable header field comprises a data length field expressed by the plurality of bits, wherein the data length field indicates to the inheritable terminal information related to the data length, and indicates to the EDMG terminal information related to the data length.

EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of transmitting and receiving device configuration.
