SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding technology. Disclosed is a method for integrated construction and installation of equipment of upper floating unit of floating platform, which is carried out at a smart shipyard, which combines plant modules for sea construction and shipyard, and mainly comprising the following stages: step S₁, on which construction of upper floating unit of floating platform, to create complete module of auxiliary facilities and module of process; step S₂, on which the floating base upper technological unit is transported entirely to the integral assembly final assembly area; step S₃, where assembled complete module of auxiliary means and module of technological process are mounted on ship hull by means of jacking system and shearing system; and step S₄, on which the overall commissioning is performed.

EFFECT: invention allows to considerably reduce duration of works, reduce total construction costs, minimize number of operations with application of cranes and works at height, and reduce risks in construction.
