FIELD: gravity-type bases construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture (construction) of gravity-type bases (GTB) and can be used to create industrial (including the production of liquefied natural gas, ammonia, methanol, hydrogen and electricity), transport, transshipment and storage complexes for various purposes in the coastal and marine zone. The GTB manufacturing method consists in assembling the reinforcing cage of the bottom slab of a rectangular shape, mounting the formwork for the bottom slab and concreting it, as the concreting of individual sections of the bottom slab is completed, assembling the reinforcing cages for external and internal walls and using sliding formwork, they are concreted , as the concreting of individual sections of the walls is completed, the reinforcing cage for the top slab is assembled, the formwork for the top slab is mounted and its concreting is performed, and the lower and upper slabs and external and internal walls are poststressed using reinforcing ropes. The peculiarity of the method lies in the fact that the GTB is made, including the central and protruding parts, having a common bottom plate. Concreting of external and internal walls and the upper slab is performed for the central part of the GTB, which then takes the form of a rectangular parallelepiped. As the concreting of individual sections of the external walls of the central part is completed, the reinforcement cage is assembled, the formwork is mounted and the external and internal walls of the protruding part of the GTB are concreted, the external walls of which are made along the entire perimeter of the lower slab, while the height of the external walls of the protruding part is less than the height of the external walls of the central part. As the concreting of individual sections of the walls of the protruding part is completed, the reinforcing cage is assembled, the formwork for the upper slab of the protruding part is mounted and its concreting is performed. Poststressing of the lower and upper slabs of the central part, external and internal walls of the central and protruding parts is carried out as the concreting of the upper slabs of the central and protruding parts is completed and the concrete of the prestressed structures gains the necessary strength.
EFFECT: presence of the protruding part of the GTB increases the buoyancy of the GTB and the entire structure and reduces its draft during transportation to the installation site.
