FIELD: glass.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a glass-melting installation. Glass melting plant comprises a boiling bath with a horseshoe-shaped flame heating, wherein the brewing bath has a charge feed inlet, an outlet for collecting the welded glass and a boiling surface (F2) of at least 40 m2 and at most 200 m2, at least one located sideways and connected to inlet, filling charge pocket for charge loading with side walls, which together with inlet of boiling bath limit loading surface (F1), and loading device. Charging pocket contains canopy with end wall towards loading device enclosing with canopy gas chamber open towards boiling bath. With cooking surface (F2) of at least 40 m2 and less than 115 m2 charging surface (F1) of the backfilling pocket is at least 8 m2 and at most 25 % of cooking surface (F2). With cooking surface (F2) greater than or equal to 115 m2 - at least 7 % and at most 25 % of boiling bath boiling surface (F2).
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of power consumption.
