FIELD: image processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention discloses an image processing component (IPC) and an associated method of capturing an image of at least two sets of image objects. Image objects can be pre-produced as a result of segmenting biological material images. Initial global transformation is calculated based on the features of the image objects. Using this initial global transformation and its inverse transformation, one or more cross links are established between sets of image objects in all image objects in two sets. Set of locally adapted transformations for transversely related objects from two sets is then calculated. Combining unit (Σ) combines locally adapted transformations ti into a new transformation TNEW registration.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of high-resolution images during their recording.
