FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Disclosed is a method for retrospective determination of the level of ethanolemia in victims at the moment of injury with formation of hematoma. Hematoma is used to determine the concentration of ethanol and to calculate a point estimate and a two-sided tolerant interval, upper and lower tolerance limits of the level of ethanolemia at the moment of injuries by the formulas:
where CB – point evaluation and two-way tolerable interval of ethanol concentration in blood at the moment of injury, ‰; CMAX – upper tolerance limit of ethanol concentration in blood at the moment of injury, ‰; CMIN – lower tolerance limit of ethanol concentration in blood at the moment of injury, ‰; CH is ethanol concentration in hematoma, ‰; – value of two-sided t-criterion at required level of significance α and 18 degrees of freedom; tα;18 is the one-sided t-criterion value at the required level of significance α and 18 degrees of freedom.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of retrospective determination of point and interval estimates of the level of ethanolemia at any levels of confidence probability.
