FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by spectrophotometric or photocolorimetric determination of the methemoglobin concentration in a subdural hematoma and calculation by formula: where p is a prescription of a subdural hematoma, days; k is the methemoglobin concentration in the subdural hematoma, %; tα;44 is a Student criterion in any required significance value α and 44 degrees of freedom; 2.602; 2.308; 3.452; 1.022; 0.024; 68.485 are coefficients produced by mathematical and statistical treatment of practical medico-legal data; point and interval estimation of the prescription of the subdural hematoma is determined.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of determination of the prescription of subdural hematomas.
