FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to forensic medicine. A posteori probabilities of overcoming of threshold of head tissues mechanical tolerance are calculated for each differentiated place of force application by formula:
where qk - a posteori probability of overcoming of threshold of head tissues mechanical tolerance for given place of injuring force application; ck - value from table 1 of cumulative probability of overcoming of threshold of head tissues mechanical tolerance for given place of injuring force application; k - number of differentiated place of injuring force application; K - set of all differentiated places of injuring force application. Sums of a priori probabilities of possible types of given subdural hematoma localisation for each differentiated version of head trauma mechanism are calculated by formula:
where Sn is sum of a priori probabilities of possible types of given subdural hematoma localisation for given differentiated version of head trauma mechanism; xn is value from table 2 of a priori probabilities of types of given subdutal hematoma localization for given differentiated version of head trauma mechanism; n is number of given subdutal hematoma localisation; N is set of differentiated versions of head trauma. A posteori probabilities of each differentiated version of subdural hematoma formation mechanism are calculated by formula:
where pn is a posteriori probability of given version of subdural hematoma formation mechanism. Final probabilities of differentiated version of subdural hematoma formation mechanism are calculated by formula:
where Pn is final probability of given version of subdural hematoma formation mechanism.
EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for determining subdural hematoma formation mechanism in case of multiple head trauma.
