Step mechanism (206) sequentially transmits metal cases (14) of beverage containers from production queue (22) through device (200), while maintaining orientation of bodies (14) of containers. Position (228) of stop is located on the stepwise movement section, at that, step mechanism (206) delivers metal bodies (14) of beverage containers to position (228) of stop. Position (232) of vertical control coincides with position (228) of stop, and horizontally is shifted from position (228) of stop. Image recording device (240) is aimed at monitoring position (232), and is configured to capture a plurality of images along the circumference of each metal bodies (14) of the beverage containers.
EFFECT: disclosed is a device for quality control of metal bodies of beverage containers containing an applied image.
