FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device and method suitable for material delivery onto laminator rollers. Device for material distribution between two rollers of laminator contains tanks for storage of reagents. Each tank has gear pump. Mixer is connected with gear pumps. Metering nozzle is connected to the mixer. Level gauge is mounted on a crossbeam between two rollers. At least one solvent storage container is connected to the mixer.
EFFECT: providing accurate control in a wide range of speeds, efficient mixing of components with maximum allowable ratio of components and significant difference in viscosity and minimum residence time of adhesive.
