FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft radio communication and radio navigation and can be used for rapid instrumental evaluation of energy parameters of useful signal (US) and unintentional noise (UN) at antenna input of on-board radio receiver (RR) with telephone output in aircraft (AC). For this, the method provides quantitative instrumental estimation of power parameters of the US and UN on the antenna input of the onboard RR with a substantially nonlinear flat amplitude characteristic (AX) at the telephone output of the RR or the output of the aircraft intercommunication system (AIS) in the standard mode of radio reception of radiation of the class A3E or F3E ("telephony" with two-band analogue AM or FM) in the process of additional operational control (AOC) of the RR in ground and flight conditions in the aircraft.
EFFECT: high accuracy of estimating interference.
