PLASMIDS AND METHOD OF PRODUCING VIRUS PARTICLES Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC C12N15/86

Abstract RU 2708151 C2

FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to virology and represents a method of producing virus particles, involving the following actions: a) fish cells are transfected with three pTriex3 expression vectors capable of expressing RNA polymerase sequences of SE2 sequences SEQ ID No 7, PB1 SEQ ID No 8 and PA SEQ ID No 9 of ISAV901_09 virus, and an expression vector pCI-neo capable of expression of nucleoprotein NP SEQ ID No 10 of virus ISAV901_09; b) transfection of cell from point (a) with a set of eight expression vectors derived from plasmid pUC57, wherein each expression vector comprises sequences SEQ ID No 1, SEQ ID No 2, SEQ ID No 3, SEQ ID No 4 and SEQ ID No 5 and a separately cloned sequence of recombinant RNA of virus ISAV901_09, obtained using one of pairs of primers, c) recombinant viral particles are obtained.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain functional viral particles from RNA of negative polarity.
