FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated laser process complex for thermal hardening of part. Complex is equipped with dismountable cabinet enclosure of part processing area, having sliding L-like doors for access to part processing area and parts loading, and hinged door to provide access when servicing the laser. At that, the process table is dismountable and has a trolley with supports with wheel non-rotatable and wheel rotary supports, on which the base with a cast table is installed, in which there are slots for fixation of the thermally hardened part, radiator is monolithic, and its gas-discharge tubes are assembled in the form of a packet of several rows arranged uniformly along circumferences of its housing one inside the other with creation of two external rings out of sixteen tubes in each and one internal of eight tubes.

EFFECT: expansion of technological capabilities of the complex without increase in dimensions and expansion of production areas, improvement of quality of laser radiation and quality of laser processing.
