FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated complex for laser thermal hardening of article surfaces. Complex comprises a laser radiation source, an optical system, a cooling unit, a control system made in the form of an intelligent system based on a computer with software, a monitoring system, a processing control system and a process table. Also, there are two six-coordinate robots, on one of which there is a replaceable optical head of the optical system, and the other six-coordinate robot is configured to deliver processing objects to the working zone and there is a process monitoring system and a nondestructive inspection system. Optical system has a replaceable optical head, and the laser radiation source is in form of a multichannel diode laser radiation source with a multifiber system for transporting laser radiation.
EFFECT: enlarging technological capabilities and improving quality of surface treatment of articles.
