FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering and general civil engineering and can be used in marine and river construction of port facilities, construction of embankments and berths, retaining walls at shore-reinforcement grids, as well as in road construction, construction of tunnels and foundations in cramped conditions. Piling wall comprises piles of metal pipes interconnected by intermediate elements by means of welding, equipped with locking elements for connection of piles into piling wall. Line of the piling wall in the plan is formed by one of the faces of polyhedral piles and locking elements connecting the piles to each other, and each of the faces of the piles is formed by two pipes and an intermediate element installed between them. In piles with number of faces more than three between pipes of different faces there are additional intermediate elements dividing section of pile on part of triangular section.

EFFECT: increasing cross-section stiffness and stability when submerging into soil by indentation or blocking-up during the construction of the piling wall, increased reliability of connection of piles in the wall without opening of lock joints, as well as increased load capacity of piling wall with possibility of use at its construction of cheaper welded pipes rolled from roll by longitudinal rolling, reduced prime cost of construction.
