Sheet U-shaped cold-bent pile from a metal strip includes a symmetrical trough-shaped body consisting of a bottom with two side inclined walls with bends at the end parts, to which hook-shaped locking elements are connected, which together form the base of the pile. Side walls of the pile body are located at angles β with respect to the bottom and the base corresponding to the condition: arccos (S/0.3*H) > β > arccos (S/h), wherein the pile body height H is 23-33 of the pile thickness, the pile locking element height h is 3.6-5.0 of the pile thickness, the pile body width Wt is 45-65 of the pile thickness, and the full width of the pile Ws is 60-80 of the pile thickness piles, where: S is pile body thickness, mm; H is pile body height, mm; h is the height of the locking element, mm; Wt is the width of the pile body, and Ws is the full width of the pile with locking elements, mm.

EFFECT: increasing the load capacity of the pile and sheet pile wall as a whole at low metal consumption, reducing the installation costs due to reducing the number of immersions during the wall construction, increasing the stability of the pile during immersion and operation.
