SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic engineering and construction and can be used in sea and river construction of port facilities, the construction of embankments and berths, bridge supports, retaining walls during bank protection works. In a sheet pile wall for hydraulic structures, containing piles in the form of metal cylindrical pipes, intermediate and locking elements connecting them into a single wall along the construction line, according to the invention, the intermediate elements are made trough-shaped and placed on the front side along the line of the sheet pile wall, the locking elements are installed between end parts of the side walls of the intermediate elements and the surfaces of the pipes connected to them, and the side walls of the intermediate elements are located on the continuation of the lines connecting the centers of the cylindrical pipes and the locking elements located on the outer side of the pipes, with permissible deviations from these lines by the angle of rotation of the intermediate element in the locking element β no more than ±20°. The side walls of the intermediate element are installed at an angle α equal to 30° - 60° to its bottom part, while the bottom part is located at a distance H equal to 0.8-1.2 of the pipe radius from the O-O axis connecting the centers of the pipes of the sheet pile wall between which it is installed.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the load capacity and reliability of the installation and operation of the sheet pile wall, the simplification of construction and installation work and the possibility of applying the proposed technical solution for severe ice conditions in the Far North.
