FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of drilling oil and gas wells, in particular to reagents for the chemical treatment of clay drilling muds. A method for obtaining a reagent for clay drilling muds involves modifying a 50% aqueous solution of sodium lignosulfonate with subsequent drying. Moreover, the modification is carried out in two stages: at the first stage, with a sulfonated component at a temperature of 60°C for 1 hour, at the second, with a 50% aqueous solution of ammonium polyphosphate at a temperature of 50°C for 1 hour, and the initial components are used at the following ratio, wt. %: 50% aqueous sodium lignosulfonate solution 95; sulfated component 3; 50% aqueous solution of ammonium polyphosphate 2. The sulfonated component used is obtained by sulfonation at a temperature of 80°C for 1.5 hours of a mixture of heavy oil residues of oil refining with a total content of aromatic hydrocarbons no less than 50, wt. %, of the spent sulfuric acid of the alkylation process of isoalkanes with alkenes with a concentration of H2SO4 of 70-72, wt. %, taken in the mass ratio of the specified mixture of heavy oil residues: the specified spent sulfuric acid 1:2.
EFFECT: effective reduction in the indicators of conditional viscosity under conditions of temperature aggression.
