FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to development of thick flat beds in underground coal mining. Method of mechanized extraction of coal from interlayer thickness includes development of layers along strike with application of mechanized complexes and extraction of coal from interlayer thickness by strips on uprise with drilling complex. As the coal is extracted in the upper layer by the value of the gripper by the working tool of the drilling complex, the hydraulic-reinforced support of the upper drilling complex is moved towards the developed space area with simultaneous movement of the rear extension guard by the jacks and a flexible enclosure suspended to it. After that, coal is extracted in the lower layer and the pillar. Coal is extracted in the pillar by means of a working member of a heading machine, which is moved by means of a jacking of movement along guides, which are located on the upper cover of the hydraulic-assisted support of the lower drilling complex. After transportation of coal by gravity to openings of hydraulic-reinforced support of the lower layer, sliding enclosures and flexible enclosures suspended thereto are moved to the working face and coal is extracted again in the upper layer.

EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of technology of coal extraction from interlayer thickness, improvement of safety of works, improvement of working conditions of miners, increase of productivity, reduction of labor intensity of mining works and provision of minimum losses at development of thick beds.
