FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: declared group of inventions refers to medical equipment, namely to devices for transfer of concentrated radiation from source to patient, which can be used in cosmetology, gerontology and for therapeutic action on upper layers of skin of face and part of patient's neck. Said technical result is achieved due to that the device includes a reflector made in the form of a curvilinear surface, and a distributed radiation source installed in the plane between the reflector and the head. Curved surface of reflector is formed by means of transverse compression of hemisphere (in first version of device) or part of sphere (in second version of device) in direction of one of axes with ratio of lengths of axes 1:1.1–1.5 with formation of continuous zone of concentrated radiation with configuration, corresponding to curved surface of reflector and thickness of 12 to 25 mm, and diameter of hemisphere is selected depending on head size and ranges from 325 to 450 mm. In the second embodiment of the device, the reflector configuration can be in the form of ¼ to ¾ of the sphere part.
EFFECT: technical result consists in creation of continuous zone of concentrated radiation of certain thickness, with provision of strict limitation of depth of concentrated effect on patient's skin of any used radiation.
