SUBSTANCE: invention relates to image processing. Such result is achieved due to that the image processing system includes a processing device which is programmed to determine a first descriptor in the first image, generating a mask from a first descriptor and determining a second descriptor in a second image, comparing a first descriptor with a second descriptor to determine a first error vector, determining a second error vector by applying a mask and calculating a common error of the second error vector to determine an error between the first descriptor and the second descriptor.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing accurate comparison of image attributes based on descriptors.
