FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a vehicle comprising a camera, a window, a light sensor, a controller, an artificial neural network. Camera outputs image data corresponding to one or more images taken from occupant in the vehicle. Sensor recognizes radiation flux transmitted through window having variable light permeability to occupant. Artificial neural network classifies the perception of the transmitted radiation flux by the occupant based on the images and the transmitted radiation flux. Using a neural network, generating a similarity indicator for each of a plurality of configuration classes of the occupant, using image data as input data, wherein each of the plurality of classes is associated with the corresponding perception of the radiation flux by the occupant. Class of configuration of the person occupying the place is selected, which is related to the person occupying the place, based on the similarity index for the configuration class of the occupant, which corresponds to the threshold value, besides, the selected class is included in multiple classes. Using the controller, the transparency of the window is changed based on the perception of the radiation flux by the occupant, associated with the selected configuration class of the occupant. Disclosed also is a method of controlling transparency of windows of a vehicle.

EFFECT: enabling adjustment of the windows transparent transparency to meet the needs of the driver or other occupant of the vehicle.
