FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Light-emitting diodes in the light-emitting diode panel while phototherapy are controlled so that the light intensity varies in accordance with the sinusoidal function, thereby eliminating harmonics generated when LEDs pulsate in digital mode in accordance with rectangular wave function. This is achieved in a similar manner when using a sinusoidal signal to control the MOS transistor gate, in series connected to the LEDs, or using a digital-to-analogue converter to control the MOS transistor gate with a step function, which represents the sinusoidal function values at given intervals. Besides, pulse-width modulation is used to control gate of MOS transistor so that average value of current passing through light-emitting diodes imitates sinusoidal function. In addition to using a simple sinusoidal signal function, LED current can be controlled in accordance with chords containing several sinusoids of different frequency.
EFFECT: sinusoidal transmission system and phototherapy method are proposed.
