SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to machine building, particularly, to vehicle stabilization systems with chassis. Vehicle stabilization system. Vehicle comprises rear wheeled truck with pendulum shaft and tilting device. On the tilting device there is a crane and a rotating disc. Rear wheeled trolley comprises two pairs of wheels. Rear wheeled trolley can rotate. Tilting device comprises first and second hydraulic overturning drives arranged in connection with tilting plate. Vehicle stabilization method with chassis comprises vehicle stabilization system. Proposed method comprises the steps whereat wheel rear wheel is selected to comprise two pairs of wheels, one on each side of vehicle lengthwise axis. First and second stabilizing drives are controlled by measuring forces and torques which occur in tilting device.

EFFECT: improved vehicle safety.
