SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to systems for fluid transfer, specifically to marine loading systems. A system for fluid transfer from a storage position to a target pipeline or from the specified target pipeline to the storage position contains a tubular fluid transfer line, which contains at one of its ends a connection system made with the possibility of connection to the target pipeline to transfer fluid, and electric actuators to control the movement of the transfer line in space, each using a drive shaft. Each actuator to control the movement of the transfer line contains an electric engine with an output shaft, a speed reducer, a drive shaft rotatably actuated by the output shaft of the engine by means of the speed reducer, which is reversible, so that to allow the drive shaft to rotate, when a drive torque is directly applied to it, and braking means to lock an actuator in a position, when movement control is in the process, and the specified actuator is not activated for the specified control.
