FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to resistive heating and can be used in making a heat radiating coating directly on the surface of technical devices with a complex surface shape. Technical result is achieved by the fact that heating element in form of at least one comb electrode is installed directly on heated surface of heated article by successive formation on it of dielectric, resistive, conducting and protective polymer films with preset thicknesses and configurations, creating in aggregate film heating element. Selective formation of each layer on the heated surface of the heated article is performed by applying, through at least one jet nozzle, a movable dosing head of the device for contactless application of dosed points of the polymer material of the applied layer, which are crosslinked into a continuous layer during subsequent hardening of the applied layer, forming a polymer film. Distance between nozzle tip of dosing head and coated surface is monitored by gap sensor, and system of movement of dosing head in each point of coated surface sets nozzle tip along normal to coated surface.

EFFECT: improved uniformity of heat transfer from a heating element to a heated surface due to obtaining uniform thicknesses of resistive and insulating layers between a heating resistor and a heated surface.
