SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Invention discloses heating module for heater in device for infusion of fluid medium, installed in medical heating device by means of cartridge for heating of fluid or blood introduced into patient by direct heating, and method of its production. Device includes layered structure insulation of substrate, resistive circuit which is made in form of layer on one side of insulating substrate of pure metal or alloy, which is composition of two or more metals with specified ratio, and value of resistance which is set by circuit, having length and cross-section area, first insulating layer deposited on top surface of resistive circuit of given method for protection and insulation of resistive circuit, conducting layer, in which metal material is deposited on upper surface of first insulating layer by specified method, and thin film protective layer is deposited on upper surface of conducting layer to provide its insulation, water impermeability and anticorrosive and chemical resistance.
