FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to X-ray engineering. Device in the form of an X-ray tube comprises: an external cylinder assembly having an end on the anode side and an end face on the side of the cathode; unit of end cover on side of anode, provided on end on side of anode of external cylinder assembly and containing X-ray tube; unit of end cover on side of cathode, provided on end on side of cathode of external cylinder assembly and comprising high-voltage connector for external power source; and a spring contact connection assembly disposed in the outer cylinder assembly and connecting the X-ray tube filament lead to the high voltage connector.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of dimensions and higher reliability of X-ray tube.
