SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and represents a fluorescent cell line C6-TagRFP-TurboFP635, which expresses red fluorescent proteins and is used to study brain glioma in vitro and in vivo, and comprises vectors pTagRFP-C and pTurboFP635-C. Invention also relates to a method for preparing said cell line.
EFFECT: invention enables higher tumour cell survival during transfection and provides high survival rate of cells in the brain of animals after their implantation with broader technological capabilities of studying the dynamics of brain tumour.
